Ellen Roybal leads Strategy & Marketing for the GE Solar team, part of Current powered by GE. Her responsibilities include market research and forecasting, policy analysis, customer value proposition development, and strategy development. Ellen has been with GE for over 5 years and has held previous Strategy & Marketing roles with GE Renewable Energy as part of the Onshore Wind team, focused on international electricity markets, policy analysis, and energy economics.
Ellen holds an MS degree in Economics focused on electricity policy from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a BA degree in Political Science and Economics from the College of Idaho.

Kirk leads the solar sales team at Current, Powered by GE. GE’s solar division develops simple and trustworthy energy solutions for commercial & industrial customers. The team specializes in building rooftop, carport and ground-mounted solar systems, leveraging GE’s 125 year history in the energy space.
Kirk has successfully developed 100+ commercial & industrial solar systems, working with a wide array of customers —the Fortune 500, regional manufacturers and local businesses, schools and municipalities, the Federal government and some of the largest REIT’s & real estate owners in the world. Kirk is a NABCEP Certified Solar PV Installer™ and holds a BA in History from Trinity College in Hartford, CT.
